  1. If eyes are the mirror of the soul, this is definitely one abundant, colourful, viby, crazy eye!! great work….i am quite hypnotized. Thanks!

  2. Excellent Tania! It’s the eye of Nature! Peacock feather, fangs, shells, minerals, tree branches, more feathers.
    Am I right?
Love your concept and execution, 🙂

    • I am impressed at how many elements you have picked up on given it’s somewhat chaotic nature! I certainly like this interpretation 😉 I am very glad you like it

  3. How on EARTH have I gone this long without following your blog?! Man. I need to catch up. Nice painting, but you need to clean your brushes in between colours! Not a criticism, though – the pic’s super.

    • Haha @ brushes comment! I know, I get so into it I get greedy to go from one bit to another and I can be too impatient to clean my brushes properly when I’m working in oils…..funny you should pick up on it 😉 Thanks for the compliment, I highly rate your blog too….

    • Thanks Truels…..I painted this prior to doing the face-painting piece. I must be inspired by the eye very much but I’m only just becoming aware of that now. Yes the header piece is my eye…..I decided to paint my face and take some pics and it was very enjoyable and I got some interesting results…

  4. Highly inventive right down to the last detail 🙂
I like this abstract a lot my wickedly fine friend
and do keep adding to your wonderful artistic
nature 🙂 Happy Easter Tania 😉

  5. OK…so my comment for “Pretty flower” was intended to go here….and ummm..well…I’m not the brightest guy in the world, and I had a lapse in my “Push The Right Button” training I spent years studying while in a small isolated cave somewhere above Nefratazar, Greece.

So, the “Pretty Flower” comment goes here —–> ___________________. 🙂

    • Haha! Oh but you ARE the brightest, Dug! Your spirit shines much brighter than most, regardless of what button you’re pushing……although your comment DOES make a lot more sense now 😉 Thank you and Happy Easter!
